Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 9, 2026. This Website Disclaimer covers everything on newswibe.com and sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Information, not advice

NewsWibe publishes news for general information. Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or any other professional advice, and reading it creates no advisory relationship. Before acting on anything you read — signing, buying, selling, treating, litigating — take advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation and your jurisdiction.

2. Accuracy, and the speed problem

We verify before we publish, work to a public Code of Ethics and correct openly under our Corrections policy. But a headlines desk trades in minutes, and the facts underneath a fast story keep moving: official numbers get revised, cases proceed, prices jump, studies get replicated or withdrawn. We do not warrant that any item here is accurate, complete, up to the minute or suited to your purpose. You rely on it at your own risk. Our corrections commitment is a standard of conduct, not a guarantee that error is impossible.

3. Developing coverage

Breaking stories are labelled or written as developing and are updated as confirmation lands. Provisional figures — casualties, damage, arrests, market moves — are exactly that until the competent authority settles them. Check the update time at the top of a story before quoting it onward; an early version may already have been superseded by a fuller one.

4. Money and markets

Prices, indices, results and economic data appear for information, may be delayed and change without notice, and are not a recommendation, offer or invitation to buy, sell or hold anything. Reporting about past performance describes the past; it does not predict yours. Invest or trade only on your own research and, where sensible, regulated advice.

5. Health and science

Health coverage reports research and official guidance; it does not diagnose or treat you, and it never overrides your clinician. Science coverage reports findings that are frequently preliminary, single-study or contested. We try to state limits where they matter; the underlying paper or guidance remains the authority.

6. Voices on the page

News reports aim at neutrality. Analysis is marked as analysis. Opinion is marked as opinion and belongs to its named author, not necessarily to NewsWibe, the 24World Media network or any advertiser. Statements we attribute to individuals and organisations are their statements, reported for the record; quoting somebody is not agreeing with them.

7. Links, embeds and outside content

Pages link out and embed third-party media — official video, agency material, documents. Destinations are outside our control; we accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, services or privacy practices. A link is a citation, not an endorsement, unless we use the word endorse.

8. Advertising

Adverts and sponsored pieces are labelled. Their presence endorses nothing; the claims in them are the advertiser’s, and any transaction you enter is yours and theirs alone.

9. Pictures and graphics

Images are credited where the source is known. Where live photography of an event is unavailable we may use a file or illustrative picture and will aim to make that clear in the caption. Graphics simplify; the figures in the text are the ones that govern. Video is verified for authenticity, place and date to the standard set out in our Code of Ethics before use.

10. Service continuity

Content may be changed, moved, archived or removed at any time, and the service may pause for maintenance or fail for technical reasons. Subject to the Terms of Service, we accept no liability for loss flowing from interruption, delay, error or omission.

11. Tell us if something is wrong

The corrections route on the Contact page is the fastest remedy we offer: a headline, a link and your evidence. Questions about this Disclaimer go to the same form, or by post to 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067, United States.

12. Forecasts wearing other people’s clothes

Companies, officials and analysts use our pages to talk about the future: guidance, launch dates, trial timelines, policy intentions. Those are their forward-looking statements, under whatever cautionary language they arrived with. They are not our forecasts, their presence is not our endorsement, and real outcomes part company with guidance often enough that treating any of it as a promise would be a mistake.

13. When versions differ

A story may exist as an alert, a full report and a network version in another format or language. The fullest, latest version on this Site is the one that governs. Translated quotations are faithful renderings, not certified translations; do not cite them as a legal record of the original words.

14. Errors in data feeds

Some figures on the Site — tickers, tables, results services — arrive from third-party feeds and are republished in good faith. A feed can be wrong before it is corrected at source. Where precision matters, verify against the primary publisher of the data; our text reporting, checked by the desk, takes precedence over any automated figure displayed beside it.

15. Wire and agency material

Photographs, video and copy supplied by agencies and partners and republished here carry their own corrections and retraction rails. If an agency corrects or withdraws material we have carried, we act on that notice as we would on our own error — amending, annotating or removing, and saying which. The agency’s name on the credit line is where responsibility for the original accuracy sits; our responsibility is verification before use and remedy after notice, exercised to the standard this page and our Code of Ethics describe.
