Don’t Forget To Roleplay

If you want to get some extra training, roleplaying helps tremendously. You shouldn’t roleplay needlessly, though. Ensure you do so after seeing how they act in the field when you can determine the areas where staff members need more training. If you need to correct their tone of voice, do so during the roleplay.
