First Minister’s Questions at Holyrood descended into chaos today after protesters disrupted the session nine times.
The protesters, who were each removed from the venue by security, stood up in the public gallery and demanded community food hubs across Scotland.

The session was suspended after the protesters shouted over the top of Scottish Conservative Leader Douglas Ross.
Presiding Officer Alison Johnstone suspended proceedings after the first interruption, as the person was removed from the premises.
The session resumed, but other protesters continued to disrupt the proceedings shortly after.
Johnstone said the disruptions were “extremely regrettable”. She suspended the session for each interruption so security could remove the individuals involved.
The protesters were making the same demands as those repeatedly made by the protesting group This is Rigged.
Johnstone confirmed last year that Holyroom will introduce new rules to crack down on protests in the public gallery after a string of interruptions.
These are expected to include six-month bans for those who interrupt proceedings.
